Wellergen (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Wellergen mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect
   We collect information to provide and improve our services to you. The types of information we collect include:

• Camera and Photo Library Access: Our App requires access to your device’s camera and photo library specifically to scan food images for AI-powered nutrition analysis. We do not secretly access, upload, or share your personal photos. Images are processed solely for the nutrition analysis requested by you.
• Personal and Health Information: To provide accurate nutrition tracking and meal plans, you may optionally provide details such as weight, height, age, fitness goals, and dietary preferences.
• Account Information: If you use our Cloud Backup or cross-device sync features, we collect your email address and basic profile information via secure Authentication methods (such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In).
• Usage and Device Data: We collect anonymous, aggregated data on how the App is used, device type, and crash reports to improve app performance and user experience.

1. Third-Party Services
   We use trusted third-party services to facilitate app functionality. These services operate under their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Used for secure user authentication, cloud database (Firestore), and media storage.
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements and offer reward-based features (e.g., watching an ad to earn coins). AdMob may use device identifiers and cookies to serve personalized ads.
• Apple App Store & Google Play Billing: Used to process secure in-app purchases and premium subscriptions. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or payment information on our servers.

1. Data Retention and User Rights (Account Deletion)
   We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

• Right to Delete: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and personal data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the App by navigating to Settings > Delete Account. This action is irreversible and will erase all your synced data from our servers.

1. Security of Your Information
   We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
2. Children’s Privacy
   Our App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
3. Changes to This Privacy Policy
   We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top.
